We offer free delivery and set-up of Moonwalks within 30 miles of our location.  We are based in the      28213 zip code if you would like to estimate the distance.  All other areas will require an additonal delivery fee.  The delivery fees accrue as follows:

How do I reserve a bouncer?

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
As soon as possible.  This will insure the right time/date and bouncer/slide theme for your party.  It is not unusual for party events to book weeks and even months in advance.
Is there a deposit required to reserve a bouncer?
Yes.  There is a $50 non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation. This is to secure the date and time you request. In the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather, you have the option of receiving a refund of the deposit, or it may be used towards the next scheduled rental. You must reschedule within the next 90 days or lose your deposit.
What if it rains or is windy?
With safety in mind, Daddies Playtime reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to inclement weather, as does the renter. In case of cancellation, you have the option of receiving a refund of the deposit, or it may be used towards the next scheduled rental. You must reschedule within the next 90 days or lose your deposit.
Are bounce houses safe?
Absolutely, Daddies Playtime bouncers are constructed with safety in mind. All of our units have the child safety ramp for safe entry and exit as well as mesh netting for easy viewing inside. A responsible adult must be "assigned" to supervise and insure all children adhere to the recommended rules and guidelines. 
Are you insured and state inspected?
We are insured through a national agency that specializes in the inflatable amusement industry. A certificate of Liability Insurance is available upon request. North Carolina requires annual inspections by the Department of Labor for inflatable amusement devices that are used in "Amusement Parks" and/or Carnival Areas".
What are your hours of operation?
Our operation hours are 8:00am until 8:00pm.
What is considered as "All Day Rental"?
Our operation hours are from 8:00am until 8:00pm.  An "All Day" event is considered as an eight (8) hour  timeframe during our operation hours.
How often are the bounce houses cleaned?
We carefully clean disinfect and sanitize each unit on site before removal using a biodegradable, non toxic cleaner/degreaser on all bouncing surfaces .
